1. Use of Services

2. Payments and Cancellations
To make a booking, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
Cancellations: Full refunds are available only if cancellation requests are submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive on time for a scheduled tour will result in forfeiture of the ticket and no refund will be issued.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Big Apple Green Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial loss. Big Apple Green Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
